Limited Warranty
ODPS provides you with a world-class, reliable outdoor products that meets the highest international safety and quality standards, on schedule. You can return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery if you’re not satisfied with it. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and all packaging, tags, and labels must be attached to the item. The items marked as “final sale”, flash sales, and promotional items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any way. Sales cannot be refunded.
Warranty Period
ODPS products have a warranty period of 24 months. A warranty period begins when the original consumer purchaser buys the product. To establish the start date of the warranty period, the sales receipt or other reasonable documentary proof must be presented.
Exchange
If any ODPS product fails to operate due to a defect in workmanship or material during the applicable warranty period, ODPS will replace it (at its expense). Replacement products inherit the original warranty.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on ODPS’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
