I have, over the years, bought at least half a dozen Fanny packs, always in search of THE perfect one. Decades ago, I owned a Piel Fanny pack very similar to this one, and loved it. I should have stuck to this brand, but I sort of lost track of where to purchase another one when my original finally wore out. I suppose I would change just a few things about this one, but it is the best I can find right now. The leather is sumptuous and substantial, and beautiful. Although if I had my druthers, I would like it to be just slightly larger, I still find it to be utilitarian and extremely comfortable to wear. It has a way of sort of molding to your body, unlike some of those cheaper, unyielding Fanny packs. (You know, the ones with a thin veneer of a leather-like substance, backed with ultra stiff cardboard? The ones that are half the price? Those cannot mold to anything.). If you wear it all day, it says a lot that you forget you have it on at all. If a Fanny pack could be considered elegant, this one is. Aesthetically, it is designed right, (albeit small), and for what you get, I feel it is a bargain. You won’t be replacing it for years to come. Highly recommend!

Nice leather
I like this fanny pack a lot. It is so sturdy compared to my last fanny pack. It fits my waist perfectly. I am very glad that I bought it.

To confirm the positive reviews, this little bag is great -- high-quality leather and fine craftsmanship. It's big enough for essentials only, and it might make you re-evaluate what you consider essential, but until they invent a purse that works like that magic tent in the Harry Potter books, this is about as good as it's gonna get. It's comfortable and practical and looks very nice.

I first saw this bag at a leather retailer at Pike Place Market in Seattle for $70. Almost bought it. Thankfully, I went home and found it on Amazon.com. It is a very fine bag, made of thick, full grain leather, nicely stitched, simple in design.

Pretty and functional
