Order Cancellation:
- Order cancellation before shipment
You can cancel an order on time by contacting us via email. It will allow us to locate your order quickly and cancel it promptly. This is done by providing the order details, such as the order number, recipient’s name, and other key information. Then you have 24 hours to decide whether to cancel it or not without any additional charge after the order is placed. Our customer care team will confirm your cancellation within two business days and issue a full refund. Order cancellation after shipment
Once the order is placed, the items will be shipped the next day. UPS charges $17.6 for cancelations after shipment. You can contact us if you are aware of the charge and still want the order to be canceled. You can request a refund from us once the item has been returned by UPS. This policy only applies to UPS ground delivery. You will have to reject the last ones when the delivery companies attempt to deliver them, and shipping costs will apply.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, such as oversold items. We will inform you immediately if an order is canceled and refund you in full.
Exclusions
ODPS’s warranty does not apply to:
Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for any reason other than the normal consumer use expressed in OUPES literature.
A repair was performed outside of the authorized service center.
A product purchased through an online auction.

Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account again if you haven’t yet received your refund. When we receive the product, we will credit your account if payment was made by credit card. Credit will appear on your statement in 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time. Then contact your bank. It usually takes a few days for refunds to be processed. Please contact us at support@odps.store if you have not received your refund after trying all of this.
